All Informa events will be run according to official government guidance in the first instance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. In addition, all Informa events will follow the Informa AllSecure priority commitments. Here are measures we will take to facilitate the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene:
1. Enhanced cleaning
Seatrade Cruise Global will undertake enhanced, deep cleaning before, during and after the event, working with venue partners to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This includes continuous sanitization throughout the event, with a specific focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms and food and beverage areas.
2. Personal hygiene
Seatrade Cruise Global will provide additional hand washing facilities and hand sanitising stations throughout the event, encouraging all participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

The Miami Beach Convention Center is proud to have received GBAC STAR Facility Accreditation in recognition of enhanced venue health and safety measures.
We will manage physical distancing through the following processes:
4. Non-contact registration
Through increased use of technology, Seatrade Cruise Global aims to minimize lines and entry transactions. Attendees are encouraged to register online before the show allowing barcode scanning for contactless badge printing. Registration counters will have a partition between visitors and registration staff.

Seatrade Cruise Global recommends following the 3-foot radial distance / 6 feet of physical distance per person.

6. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All staff will be required to wear a face mask upon entry to Seatrade Cruise Global. We highly encourage attendees and exhibitors to wear masks to protect the wellbeing of our immunocompromised partipants. Masks will be available on-site if an attendee does not have their own.
7. First aid
Seatrade Cruise Global will have access to a qualified first aid responder for any immediate medical needs or medically-related questions.
