Registering

Registration for Seatrade Cruise Global 2022 is now open. Please secure your visitor pass on our registration page

A variety of package options gives you the freedom to choose the pass best suited to your unique needs! You can see all package options here.

To qualify as a Cruise Line staff member or Travel Agent, register with the appropriate promo code that was provided to you. Promo code usage will be audited. Customers should email [email protected] if they feel they have not received their promo code.

You can input a promo code in the 'PROMO Code' box during online registration.

We can easily transfer your registration to a colleague if you are unable to attend. To make such a transfer, please email [email protected]. For information about the cancellation policy, please click here.

Letters of invitation are available for free through the registration process for attendees when they select their address country.

The State of the Industry Keynote is the main address from a selection of the world's top cruise line executives. Seating is first-come-first-serve, and only open to badges that give Conference access (VIP, Conference, Cruise Lines, Speakers, Press).

At the Show...

Visitors to the MBCC are not required to wear a face covering as per local and center policies.

Miami Beach Convention Center encourage social distancing supported by Seatrade Cruise Global’s non-contact registration process. 

The Miami Beach Convention Center has increased air circulation.

Portable and wall-mounted hand sanitizer stations installed throughout the venue, encouraging all participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

Our Cleaning team have been trained to deliver enhanced cleaning. Commonly touched surfaces and high-trafficked areas are frequently cleaned using EPA registered disinfectants as recommended by the CDC and in strict compliance with GBAC protocols.

MBCC food and beverage service providers Centerplate is also coordinating globally to manage the impact of COVID-19 to protect employees, clients and consumers. Centerplate’s existing rules for food safety, personal hygiene and infection control are rigorously followed in order to minimize the risk of this, or any other virus spreading.

There will be food courts located on the exhibit floor as well as a Concession Stand in the Grand Lobby

The MBCC is employing touch-free surfaces in our restrooms including automatically flushing toilets, hands-free faucets, paper towel dispensers and hand dryers. They've also installed additional digital and physical, portable and permanent health advisory signage throughout the venue. Find more information here.

A new online tool to help you make the most of your time at the event. Visitors will be able to identify and contact exhibitors / cruise line executives who they would like to meet with, and so create a personal meeting plan in advance of the show. A dedicated Matchmaking Lounge onsite will provide the perfect setting for getting together, and a concierge service will be on hand to ensure it all runs smoothly. Find out more here.

Seatrade Cruise Global provides wifi throughout the Hall and Conference Rooms suitable for checking emails.

Miami Beach Convention Center is wheelchair friendly, and those booths on raised platforms have wheelchair access ramps.

We keep a number of reserved seats for disabled attendees in the conference rooms.

Accessibility features will be highlighted on all floorplans and maps.

Opportunity for attendees to reach out and request support while onsite.

Yes - a cloakroom will be open during event hours, located in the Grand Lobby near Registration.

Valet service for Miami Beach Convention Center events will be provided at the west lobby main entrance off of Convention Center Drive by 1st Class Parking. Here is a list of the municipal parking garages closest to the MBCC:

  • Seatrade Cruise hosts a lunch with WISTA (Women's International Shipping & Trading Association) which always includes diverse panels and in particular women to talk about their role in the shipping industry. The funds raised are donated to Mercy Ships charity.
  • Show photography, video work and online published material co-ordinated under an active diversity directive, ensuring equal representation for all 
  • Any remaining lanyards, show bags, pens, and any materials schools can use are donated to the Education Fund Miami who distribute the materials amongst local schools
  • Any leftover food from Seatrade Cruise Global is donated to local charities
  • Promotion of local restaurants and attractions, with discounts for attendees and exhibitors to encourage business
