The Conference

At the heart of the event was the world’s foremost cruise conference. It’s where the industry’s visionaries, thought leaders and experts take center stage. This year's 'State of the Global Cruise Industry' keynote explored responsible tourism practices, as well as its commitment to deliver memorable travel experiences that make cruising the best way to see the world. The full conference program featured dozens of unique sessions where practical ideas, education and inspiration are the take-aways.

The New Matchmaking Service

Our new matchmaking tool allowed visitors and exhibitors to seek out cruise contacts by job title, company, sector, or business type helping users set up meetings with exactly the right people.

A dedicated matchmaking lounge, complete with concierge service, provided the perfect setting for getting together at the show.
