A variety of package options gives you the freedom to choose the pass best suited to your unique needs! You can see all package options here.

To qualify as a Cruise Line staff member or Travel Agent, register with the appropriate promo code that was provided to you. Promo code usage will be audited. Customers should email [email protected] if they feel they have not received their promo code.

 Each person going on the show floor or in a conference room must have their own badge. A guest can register as an attendee here.

You can input the promo code during online registration on the "Pass Types" page. The discount will be reflected on the "Review" page.

We can cancel your registration or transfer to a colleague. There are no refunds for paid expo passes. VIP and Conference passes are subject to a $200 cancellation fee if cancelled before March 15. No refunds will be processed after March 15.

Letters of invitation are available for free through the registration process for attendees when they select their address country.

You can email your proposal to Lauren Laino. There is no official deadline, but it is recommended you submit before December 2019.

 The State of the Industry Keynote is Tuesday 9:30 – 11:30 am in the Grand Ballroom.  Seating is first-come-first-serve, and only open to badges that give Conference access (VIP, Conference, Cruise Lines, Speakers, Press).

The PWIC Brunch is an annual gathering to support women in the cruise industry, taking place on Thursday. The cost to attend is $70 for WISTA members and $80 for non-WISTA members.

If you haven't yet registered for Seatrade Cruise Global 2020, simply add it as a package during registration. If you've already registered, you have two options. Either reach out to our call center (+1 877-806-7899) or log back into registration and add the package.
