2021 Seatrade Cruise Global Sales Office

As an exhibitor at #STCGlobal, you will have the opportunity to visit the Sales Suite on-site (booth 1449) to view and reserve available booth space at the 2021 show. During your appointment, you will be able to choose and secure your booth at a special on-site rate.

Wednesday 29 September 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday 30 September 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Thursday Walk-In 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Please note that to accommodate the heavy volume of scheduled appointments, and honor our priority point system, we request that you come to the Sales Suite during your assigned appointment time.  

Rebook Process for 2022

Please arrive at the Sales Suite (booth 1449) at your scheduled appointment time

Appointment times are:

  1. Emailed to you prior to the show
  2. Dropped at your booth Tuesday morning in the format of a notification card

What to Expect

  • If you will not be available at the designated time, you may appoint another  representative to choose a booth on your behalf. We will be accepting walk-ins on Thursday September 30 from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm.     
  • You will be greeted by a staff member in the Sales Suite – please give them your company name and appointment time to check in. You will be added to the queue, directed to sit in the waiting area (grab a coffee & cookie), and your company will be called when a Sales Representative is available.
  • The 2022 real-time floorplan will be in the Sales Suite. This is where you can view available booth locations for next year. Please note that you can only book a booth within your allocated show sector. A staff member will be able to help answer any questions you might have.  You will then select your booth and sign off on the digital 2021 contract to secure your 2021 booth.
  • The following is required onsite to fully-secure your booth space for 2022
    • Meeting with a Sales Representative and selecting a booth within your allocated sector within the show floor
    • Sign a booth contract for exhibit space
    • We will not hold space on the show floor without a signed contract. Upon signing the contract, all cancellation policies apply (see details below)

Seatrade Cruise Global 2022 Cancellation Policy

Termination by Exhibitor: All fees are deemed fully earned and nonrefundable when due. Termination by Exhibitor must be in writing and will be effective upon receipt by Informa of an email addressed to Informa Markets at [email protected]. Exhibitor acknowledges the difficulty in determining a precise value for services rendered and expenses incurred by Informa if Exhibitor terminates this contract or Exhibitor's participation in the Event; the amounts due from Exhibitor under this contract as of the effective date of any termination by Exhibitor belong to Informa and represent an agreed measure of compensation, and are not to be deemed or construed as a forfeiture or penalty.

Priority Points Program

Priority points are calculated based on several factors including number of consecutive exhibiting years and annual spend.
