A Socially Responsible Event

Means that…

We keep accessibility, diversity, inclusion, wellness and community at the forefront when planning our event. Below are just a few ways we are doing this. Click the + signs below to learn more.

  • Diversity and inclusion are featured conference programme topics as well as a major factor in the speaker selection process
  • The Professional Women in Cruise Brunch is hosted in partnership with WISTA (Women's International Shipping & Trading Association) and always includes diverse panels featuring women speaking about their role in the shipping industry. The funds raised are donated to Mercy Ships
  • The BCCC is a wheelchair-friendly venue with reserved seating for disabled attendees
  • All accessibility features are highlighted on event floorplans and maps
  • Show photography, video work and online published material co-ordinated under an active diversity directive, ensuring equal representation for all
