• If you are unable to participate in the event, we recommend sending an associate in your place
• To change badge holder information, please email [email protected]
• If you need to cancel your registration you may do so for a full refund, less a $200 non-refundable service charge, until 4 March 2023. Please note that Expo passes are non-refundable 
• Please send your cancellation in writing to [email protected]
• Registrants who do not cancel in writing by the published date will be charged and liable for the full registration fee
• Cancellation requests after 4 March 2023 cannot be processed
